ComplaintsIn the unfortunate and rare case you do have a complaint regarding a claim on your policy, please contact Us in writing, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org., or by post.
We will contact you within five days of receiving your complaint to inform you of the action being taken.
A resolution to the problem and an answer will be provided within four weeks. If it is likely to take longer than four weeks, you will be advised as to when you can expect an answer.
If it is not possible to reach an agreement, You have the right to make an appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
